Manufactured by NEL in 2019. This model is a factory matched and packaged PEM electrolysis system that produces high purity (99.9995%) hydrogen from water and electricity. 99.9995+% pure hydrogen rated at 435 psig (30 barg). Power consumed per volume of H2 gas produced 5.8 KWh/Nm3. Production turndown range 0 - 100%. It is certified to ISO 22734-1. The generator has two enclosures: (1) Power Supply Enclosure. IP rating 56; 480VAC/60Hz/3phases. (2) Electrolyzer Enclosure. IP rating 54; 480VAC/60Hz/3phases. Full load current from the power supply enclosure: 22 Amps AC, 1307 Amps DC.
