One (1) Z8 Rotary Drum Mfg. by Earth Care in 2019. Model 130-600. 13' diameter x 60' long heavy-duty industrial rotary drum dryer. The rotary drum is a reverse flow 8-zone patented rotary dryer with two (2) distinct single and triple pass zones for more efficient drying by impinging air/material technology in an increasing velocity design for material separation, evacuation, minimization of VOC-formation and product degradation. The drums outer shell is cladded with 16-gauge, AISI 304L stainless steel sheeting to provide a 2-inch insulating air-space between the drums outer shell and stainless steel cladding. The dryer Includes: One (1) 40 HP Drum Drive, One (1) set of front and rear Trunnion Bases, One (1) Natural Gas Fired Burner System , Mfg. by Earth Care, rated for a nominal heat capacity of 36 MMBtu/hr. One (1) Dryer Air Heating Furnace to transfer controlled-temperature gases from the burner into the rotary dryer. One (1) Infeed rotary airlock, flex tip rotor, complete with heavy-duty bearings, 7.5 HP motor and drive and One (1) Infeed Screw Conveyor. One (1) Drum Inlet End plate, complete with furnace connection, water deluge, infeed screw connection or infeed chute, access door and sight port. One (1) set, High-Efficiency Quad-Pack Cyclone Collectors. One (1) Collector Discharge Airlock. One (1) Inert polishing duct/seal section. One (1) Dryer Exhaust Fan.
