Used GEA Niro Inc. spray drying plant. Built in 2009. 3400 lbs/hr. 20' Diameter x 16' cylindrical height drying chamber, 60° cone bottom provided with rotary valve. 51% feed solids, 50 deg. F. feed temperature. 1575 lbs/hr evaporation rate with 5% final product moisture. Inlet temperature 430 deg. F., outlet temperature 305 deg. F. Direct fired heater with gas pipe train and flame safety controls for natural gas. Year Shut 2023. Major Equipment consists of: F-100 rotary atomizer, inlet air filter system, roof air disperser, drying chamber, quad cyclone collector, bag collector, instrumentation and control system.
