Complete, integrated engineering plastics compounding plant designed to produce high-
performance Nylon (PA6/PA66) compounds. Total Compounding Capacity: approximately
11,000 – 12,000 metric tons per year. The facility includes twin-screw extrusion, single-screw
extrusion for densification, drying and finishing systems, material handling, in-house laboratory
testing, and automated packaging — enabling full-scale production from raw polymer to finished
product. Proven in the manufacture of OEM-grade materials, the plant offers immediate
capability for both high-volume and specialty compound production. The plant produced several
grades of nylon products: Unreinforced PA6/PA66, ZYtel® 70G/73G/74G/80G Resins, Glass
Reinforced PA6/PA66, Zytel® ST Resins, Super Tough Grade PA6/PA66, Minlon® Resins,
Mineral Filled, FR Grades. The plant can also process other base polymers such as
polypropylene and polyethylene.
