ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTION

   Design Basis

The design of the Processing Equipment is based on the flow rates and compositions listed below.

Inlet Gas Design Conditions:

Processing Equipment Inlet Gas Conditions:

        Flow Rate

12.5 MMSCFD

        Inlet Pressure

525 PSIG

        Inlet Temperature

120 °F

Product Specifications

Sales Gas

The Sales Gas Stream will be delivered at the exit of the NRU Unit to meet the following conditions as measured at the sales gas meter:

  1. Maximum nitrogen content (by volume) of the Sales Gas Stream:  3.0 % or less by volume

  1. Maximum gross heating value of 1100 Btu per standard cubic foot

  1. Water content: No more than 7 lb/MMSCF

NGL Product

The NGL Product will be delivered to the skid edge of the NGL System and will meet the following conditions:

  1. Meet or exceed MAPCO “Y” grade specification at a true vapor pressure not to exceed 245 PSIG with respect to all MAPCO specifications with the specific exception of the amount of CO2 or H2S present in the NGL product.  These “acid gas” or “copper strip” specifications will be met upon the acceptable performance of the CO2 and H2S removal system (amine) installed upstream of the supplied equipment.

Condensate Product

The Condensate Product will be delivered to the skid edge of the provided condensate skid and will meet the following conditions:

  1. Maximum 12# RVP (Reid Vapor Pressure)

Hydrocarbon Recovery

The Processing Equipment is designed to recover a minimum of 98% of the inlet hydrocarbons as Sales Gas, NGL Product, or Condensate Product, excluding fuel gas and hydrocarbons lost the amine vent stream. The Recover will be calculated as follows:

(Nitrogen Vent Therms)(Inlet Gas Therms)  less than or equal to 2 percent

Quality of Gas to be Processed

The gas delivered to the NRU inlet shall be saleable natural gas, except as to nitrogen content, and shall at all times comply with the following quality requirements.

The inlet gas to the  Dehydration System:

  1. Contain carbon dioxide (CO2) of not more than 35 parts per million by volume;

  1. Have an inlet pressure of no less than 510 PSIG at the NRU inlet;

  1. Have an inlet temperature of not more than 120 degrees Fahrenheit (120°F);

  1. Be devoid of free condensate liquids, foreign solids and impurities (including, but not limited to, mercury, glycol, amine, free water, hydrogen sulfide);

  1. Contain mercury (Hg) of not more than 2 parts per billion by volume; and

  1. Be provided with minimal pressure or volumetric fluctuations.

The inlet gas to the Condensate System shall:

  1. Contain no hydrogen sulfide (H2S).

  1. Contain Nitrogen between 5.0 and 20.0 mole%.

Quantity of Gas Required to be Delivered to the Inlet of the Condensate System

A.   Minimum Guaranteed Inlet Flow Rate:                                  3.0 MMSCFD

B.   Maximum Guaranteed Inlet Flow Rate:                                 12.5 MMSCFD
